We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendants across our bar areas, gaming lounge, and events department. About You:

• Friendly and engaging personality with a professional demeanor

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• High standards of personal grooming and presentation

• Committed to creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for patrons

• Flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and special events

• Eagerness to learn and participate in ongoing training

• Hold current RSA and RCG certifications

• Possess a valid NSW Police Check

• Maintain the venue’s cleanliness and uphold presentation standards

• Apply effective problem-solving and customer service skills to address patron inquiries or concerns

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
